BER ENERGY RATING

From January 1st 2009 a Building Energy Rating known as the BER certificate is Mandatory when building or offering a property for sell or for rent.

Majella O’Sullivan works closely with an extremely qualified BER Assessor who can rate New & Existing Dwellings. Our BER Assessor is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of property construction and energy efficiency.

The BER process entails a survey of the property. The property will then be rated on a scale of A – G with A being the most energy efficient.
